- apparently such a horror as "social spider" exists. imagine a regular spider, but now they cooperate to feed each other and build super size webs. i'm seriously sorry that you and i can no longer ever sleep again, because we'll be consumed by demons with eight legs.
- albatrosses form same sex relationships. like over there ---->>>. i've been to kaena point, which the pbs show told me is where they live. the road is all washed out and gone, but you can walk there if you're me, 50 pounds and 5 years younger. but something something no dude albatrosses, so they try girl-girl relationships, and it sometimes works ok. i love you, gay birds. keep being cool.

- dogs love everyone so much, i can't imagine a person who doesn't love dogs.

i never learned all that. like, did i miss a week of school or something? i guess if they're not the neighbors, we don't care so much. and wow, again. a) i still want to hit mcnear with a bus. like i can imagine it hitting her, and her head flops over to the side as it happens, and she kind of flails, and the bus stops, but she just slumps down to the floor, and her evil just subsides as everyone who didn't know her tries to bring her back to live. it doesn't work, but she can gesture up enough to caress a cheek. "i tried my best, but" cough cough "i guess it wasn't for me."
b) but no, really, i don't like her so so much, and the fact that you wrote this character i can hate so so much is a testament to how much i feel invested in your characters. thanks, i lovfe you, all sorts of weird hugs because i would be awkward in real life.

Actually, every name comes from that one web page (sometimes I hack them up a little) (Paty, Sandalwood, Alba, Ceylon, Gardner, Corwin, Lisianski, 2-Ahlay, Kamoi yes, even McNear) because I'm really kind of lazy. But, I knew that I wanted to name the main character after an atoll. Someone who is an island with a hole in the middle appeals to me. But I fell in love with the name Laysan. Never been there. But now I want to. Maybe we can go together!
